The process from start to finish
On The Day
- Friendly reminder message before arrival with ETA.
- Arrival in van with cleaning setup and shoe covers to protect your floors.
- Protective covers and mat placed on floor below oven.
- Pre-clean inspection to confirm condition and any issues or worries.
Preparation
- Remove shelves, racks, grill tray and fan cover.
- All removable parts taken outside and placed into a heated caustic-free dip tank in the van.
- Each part thoroughly brushed clean in the heated water and eco-friendly solution.
Deep Clean
- Scrape and brush out carbon, crumbs and pet hair from the oven floor.
- Apply eco-friendly product to all reachable interior surfaces and scrub until carbon and grease has been removed (or until cramp in cleaners hands if particularly stubborn!).
- Degrease and de-carbonise the fan as best as possible. Wipe down the fan housing to keep airflow efficient.
- Once satisfied with results and cleanliness within the oven, racks and shelves are installed back in place letting their new shine take pride of place.
Glass Door and Finishing Touches
- Separate the glass from the oven door to clean both sides of all glass panels.
- Polish and degrease exterior stainless steel or enamel.
- Microcloths and degreaser spray used in all stages ensure streak free finishes.
- Clean up surrounding area and pack away all cleaning materials.
- Invite you for a quick inspection and share any useful tips for good maintenance.
- Finally discuss a suitable period of time before the next clean (usually 6-12 months).
